24 lbs loose flour in a box
I know the gold medal flour has superior taste and it’s easy to use. However, when you receive a cardboard box with 24 pounds of loose flour in it. It is not usable. All 24 pounds went to the trash. Not a happy camper. Will rethink my automatic shipments.

Great Product/Awful shipping!
This is a great product but shipping and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Product was received damaged and spilled. Sadly, per Amazon Chatbot this “is not eligible for refund, return or replacement”. Sucks to be me, I suppose.
