Great Value and Quality
Great price, fast delivery, it comes with the necessary screwdrivers, screws, buttons, L/R thumbs, ON/Off and volume sliders, stickers, taps, and screen lens replacement. You need to use your own hinges but that's it.I found this GBA SP laying around all messed up, but now looks brand new

Perfect shell replacement
First off, many people who have the screw problem where it starts to make a little divot into the plastic are over tightening the screw and causing the shell to break. It's a relatively spring shell and feels almost like the original but if not handled with care it'll break on you during assembly.Secondly, I recommend getting a hobby knife since some parts do have little part mold nubs that could interfere with the internals. But overall it's great for the price and was a fun afternoon project while watch a movie. It makes the gamebky look new and changes the color from boring grey to a nice blue.

On the fence with this one
I really like the glow in the dark shell..it looks really cool when the lights are out. But the screen that comes with it seems to be made out of cheaper plastic, because it already has light scratch marks on it. I ordered a shell about a year ago and it came with a glass screen that hasn't scratched at all. When assembling the shell it seemed that the top and bottom doesn't fit flush together. You will really have to torque those screws down to get everything to sit right. I understand that the screws can me tight with newer shells because you are basically creating the threads the first time you screw them down. So I will give that a pass, although I was afraid it would crack the plastic in screwing everything down.I may have to order a real glass screen because I am not happy with the one that was supplied.

Good product, but screws are too long.
After reading the reviews and noticing that several people mentioning that the provided screws were to long, I decide to reshell my GBA SP with the original screws. It didn't help. I have the same bump where a screw poked through. Other than that minor flaw, this is a decent quality product and my GBA SP looks like new again. The sticker on the back isn't authentic, but it looks good enough. And I honestly wouldn't have noticed the long screw issue if I hadn't read about it in a review first.

If you need a replacement shell, LOOK NO FURTHER.
I was very pleased with this shell. I've bought other less expensive shells in the past, and this one is by far the best. There's no paint overspray/missing, it comes with everything you need to do it yourself (except the hinges) and nothing needs to be modified/massaged to make it fit. It even comes with quality stickers. I used my original screws, buttons, and screen with no problem. It feels cheaper than the original, but it's definitely a high quality replacement. Overall I'd recommend this to anybody who's looking for a replacement shell.

Great quality. Great design!
Quick delivery! Took me about 15 minutes to install. Great design. Can't wait to give my old Gameboy to my Daughter for her birthday with this new shell! Had to remove 1 star on installation because the back sticker that came with it would not come off of it's backing paper. Because of that, I need to purchase a replacement.

Missing parts, screws don't match, cheap quality. Hell repair.
No hinges is complete nonsense. They also don't tell you that the power LED covers are also not included. Might as well have time you to use all your old screws, too, because they ones included don't match the ones in the system. There is only one brass Philips screw, where the OEM SP has 3 of them for the board. All of the rest of the screws are Tri-wing, whereas nobody uses security screwd for the internals of electronics, so have fun figuring out which ones are which!Try taking out the cheap worthless tools and adding the necessary parts. How on earth is that a priority? For the product itself, it's kind of scratchy feeling and the buttons don't feel like they're great quality. I'd rather shell out a little extra for these things to not suck, and for it to actually have all the damn parts you need. The screen protector looks like cheap plastic too. The OEM one looks to at least resemble glass. Mine has a gouge in it, but I decided it wasn't worth swapping out for something that's going to be just as easy to gouge.I still haven't figured out the stuoid screws for this thing, the himg cover is loose and I can't figure out which one is the right one :)I don't like or recommend this product. I had an easier time soldering ICs during the board repairs I worked in yesterday. Swapping shells shouldn't be this hard, and it not having hinges at all isn't acceptable.

Game Boy advance shell
My boyfriend bought this to replace the shell of my old Game Boy Advance. It worked very nicely and I like the old school look too.
