good stuff!!!
Could not tell the difference between regular wheat pasta and chicapea pasta. I made it with pesto, olives, mushroom and sausage. I really like it.

High in protein and healthy
I love this pasta because it's as high in protein per oz as chicken, and doesn't have the fast carbs like grains do. I miss the pasta with spinach and kale in it, but this is a great second best!

The new packaging is great (box). We have recommended these to my mom
My wife and I discovered these on Amazon about a year or so ago (maybe longer), at the time they shipped in bags that said "made in Canada". The new packaging is great (box). We have recommended these to my mom, who now uses them regularly. Our contractor also saw them on the counter and asked about them, we gave him a box, and he loved them too (and how much protein they provide). Great product for people who want to avoid traditional pasta.

Pretty good but add salt to water and don’t overcook
I’m changing my review on this. I made these again tonight after the last batch being mushy and weird, and I was careful to 1) salt the water well since there’s no salt 2) NOT overcook and not stir too hard 3) add flavorful sauce. I went against the natural thing and used velveeta cheese and a pat of butter to recreate Mac and cheese. The kids went for it and it really was pretty good.

Delicious
These are so good! Where has garbanzo bean pasta been all my life??It’s similar to brown rice pasta in terms of texture, slightly nicer. But where this really shines is the flavor. You could eat this with just salt and a bit of fat or vegetable. Very filling, high protein, and just the right amount of fiber. Even my husband loves it! Will be purchasing again.

Gross
Gross! Worst out of many gluten free pasta noodles we've tried. Brands that are good are explore cuisine, bentilia and tolerant. This was gritty and never cooked to a decent texture. it was to firm gritty or mooshy gritty. Try the other brands lentil versions.

Very expensive
Delicious but terribly overpriced. The boxes are tiny.
