I purchased the first bleached skirt in a size larger, as I prefer to wear skirts on my hips has wearing a skirt on the waist tends add bulk if it has a jeans style front and draws the eye to the stomach area.I find having a skirt sit on the hips and a t-shirt over draws the eye lower.Wearing the skirt on the hips obviously leaves the hem stopping about 2inches below the knee.As I'm just under 5ft6" and fifty eight, with Osteoarthritis in both my knees, this is a good thing as the length hides my bumby knees.Both skirts have a slight A-line style and weighty fabric wich swishing when walking and with the jeans style fastening it is very flattering.Bronze brown stitching with a steel zip, studs and button on the Bleached skirt add to the over all look.I did go around the bottom of my bleached skirt with a seam picker to distress and remove the lapped hem, for more of that worn, lived in vintage look (see photos)☆The cream denim skirt I purchased in my normal suze16 for a different look and that has matching cream stitching and the same steel looking studs and zip.Having washed the white skirt and pegged it out side in bright sunshine all day, I now have a white definitely skirt 🤣🤣, so if your not keen on the cream, do the same.That said the finish of both skirts are impeccable for such a price, with no loose threads and all seams overlocked and top stitched.There are even two ribbon loops at each side to hang the skirts up!You dont even get that quality and care paying £40/£50 at the likes of NEXT.Washed on a 30° wash with whites and the bleached skirt is beautiful still with no dye bleed to the stitching.Had loads of compliments when I wore it out in town with just a navy long sleeved top and my navy 'Rocket Dog jazzin' pumps.Comfortable clothes that you just know you look good in and make you look like you've made abit more of an effort that are just that bit of a cut above.All the skirts are made in such lovely quality denim and you can't go wrong with a bleached or cream, green or pink denim skirt with a bit of a tan.☆Third skirt is the green one, a stunning rich emerald colour in real life, that is just to die for! Perfect for summer, autumn and winter. Dressed up or just with a plain white t-shirt and flip flops.It's such a stunning colour!☆Fourth skirt dusky pink(yes I'm officially addicted to these skirts!) This is a beautiful neutral pale beigey pink that is just as gorgeous as all my others.I purchased an 18 for that hipster look again, but it does appear snugger than the green skirt and around a size smaller than my bleached skirt.In fact the pink skirt fits the same as my white/cream size16 skirtI also have to congratulate Roman Fashions for getting all the first three skirts to me a day earlier than estimated by Amazon on all those occasions!They look abit more dressed up than shorts during this lovely sunny weather and will see me right though till Autumn.Would soo love the Lemon one but it appears to have only been available last year🥺🥺

Lovely skirt, good fabric, accurate sizing. It's exactly as says in the description. I wouldn't expect anything different from Roman.

Good quality material and perfect sizing. Looks durable and appears to be good enough to last as long as usual for denim. It is not pale green in fact it is very green and suggest washing first.

Beautiful quality denim skirt. Fit was good. Size 16 and the skirt fitted amazingly well. Lovely denim i had the lightest blue amazing.

I liked the stretch , good quality fabric and the shape. However it is too long on me to be knee length. I am 5ft 6ins. It is more cream than white which is a shame. Good, useful pockets. OK value.
