Good for PT exercises post surgery
Just the right size and material. Good for all of my exercises for rehab. When having having to inflate the ball, however, you have to be really quick about pulling out the straw and inserting the plug to seal the hole. Otherwise the ball will deflate.

Very good quality
The ball was bigger than I wanted and bigger than I expected it to be. But the material it is made of is excellent quality. I just didn’t pump it all the way up so I can still use it for my purposes.
