Professional Parts SWEDEN Oil Dipstick

The Dipstick arrived quickly and was packaged properly. It fit snugly into the dipstick tube of the Volvo 850 engine. It has the proper color handle to replace the original oem dipstick.The only issue, which I cant understand, is why it is about 1/2 inch too long which means that it extends down into the oil pan 1/2 inch too far. That means that if you were to depend on the reading of the new dipstick you would actually be up to 1 quart of oil low in the car. I'll keep my old, broken handle, dipstick around for accurate readings, and utilize the new dipstick to seal the dipstick tube while driving.

This seems to fit and the price is good. The tab at the end where you read the oil level isn't as broad as the original, making it harder to read. And the length is off a little bit, so it reads about a quarter of a quart too low. So if it says your at the low end of the range, actually you're a bit lower than that. The length should be exactly the same as the OEM original. For these reasons I don't give it 5 stars.

Um, works like the factory one i replaced. Same length, etc. Oil marks slightly different but still obvious for viewing level.. tc!rm

Said would fit Volvo 850. Maybe 850 T has different engine?
