Update: returned and received a new one, customer service was quick to respond and the replacement was perfect. Thank you!This came badly damaged, and it was not a shipping issue. The shipping box and product box were completely intact, and this is what was inside. It looks like it was dropped from a good height onto a concrete floor and then packaged up as if nothing had happened. Because this is where the jack handle is supposed to attach, it is completely unusable. What a waste of time and resources.

I so wish I would have gotten this sooner! It's easy to use and have already used it for different things, hello garbage disposal!!! I was really confused at first how to use it, you have to lose that little screw thing in the front, then tighten it up and pump the handle, your gonna need plyers because to get the lift to lower you need to unscrew it just a little.

Headline says it all. I guess you get what you pay for. Here's the highlights.- The joint connecting the lever to the oil well sheared completely off the first time I used it. I was able to repair it just enough to get my car off the jack stand thankfully.- Spewed oil and lost all pressure shortly after this first issue. Note, I closely followed the instructions provided to ensure the oil well was properly sealed.- Did not provide enough lift height to even get my back tire off the ground (Dodge Challenger).- The lever handle is a cheap hollow rod that was already getting wear and tear after first use. This would not last through consistent use.

I did not receive a oil plug for this jack.

I purchased this jack to lift my riding lawnmower, it no problem getting the mower off the ground,

Completely twisted on the second use on a Toyota Camry. Unfortunately my husband threw it away already otherwise I would have taken a picture
