Enjoyed his upbringing and his dedicated mind set

This book is very inspiring and interesting. It contains things I didn't know about Green. The Warriors are my favorite team and Draymond is my favorite power forward. If you haven't read this book you really should. I love this book!

Great book full of statistics. I was amazed at the depth of research that went into this book. It is also an easy read. I would recommend this book to any sports lover. I received a discounted copy for review purposes.

I wanted to read a little bit more about Draymond's personal life, and much like many bios of sports figures, in this area the book was not very forthcoming. However it was a good read about how patience in the game is important when you leave high school as a star and find that you have to start over from scratch to gain the respect that is needed to get back on top again. It was also good to read about how much he gave back to his college, which many players should do to help those that are coming in behind them.

While this book had a lot of great information about Green's scores and sports career, there is not too much info on his background. I would definitely consider this book mildly inspiring, but more up the alley of those who are extreme sports fanatics and want to know Green's scores throughout his career and early basketball career scores up until he became a renowned player. Still, a good read, minus a few weird wordings for some things. This book is exactly what it is- a biography- great for someone wanting to learn about Daymond Green.

I received this product at a discount in exchange for a review, and I can assure you it had no impact on my opinion of this book. This is easily the worst sports book I've ever read, and it's hard to know where to even start. There is very little background on Draymond Green, the person, and the author basically strings together one box score after another in prose form from high school to the Warriors.Aside from being poorly written (which doesn't even do it justice to how bad this book really is) it's filled with typos like "strong teamer," and the famous "triangular offense."I would never allow a child to read this book as it may kill their interest in reading.

This isn't as much a book as it is a record of Draymond Greens scorecard. I don't know this for a fact, but it would appear that every point Draymond made in every game has been recorded in this book. I have to admit some effort was made to demonstrate the depth of knowledge the author has about Draymond Green's Basketball player history. It just does not appear much effort went into getting inside the head of Draymond and telling his story from his point of view. It's very hard for me to grasp why this book would be "Inspiring" as I have zero knowledge of what other players might have done to make a comparison with. This book would be a sports fan bible but from a general readability standpoint, I would call this Draymond Green's Basketball career scorecard and game accomplishments.The brief mention of Draymond's childhood and home life almost seems to be generalized instead of written from a personal interview with him or family members with first-hand knowledge. There is some discussion of the generous 3.1 million dollar donation to Draymond's beloved school to help provide a more modern athletic opportunity for the students, I found that interesting and inspirational so I can't say this book is as terrible as one review claims it to be.
