Q: where can you find the hepa filter for the airgenius 5 model hfd320

This model is only near Hepa filtration with 99.95 filtration in contrast to true Hepa 99.97. It has a permanent filter that can be washed out, but then needs to dry out completely over night as it also works with static electricity. It has a prefilter either foam (washable) or better char coal, Filter K. With the unit turned off and plugged in, hold down the OK button for 5 seconds until the light flashes. This will reset the unit. The rating on the label states 120 VAC operating voltage but mention if it operates with the Japanese operating voltage of 100 VAC.
