The ANYWARE double-burner griddle is amazing: it browns ingredients beautifully, releases food easily and cleans up quickly. It features best-in-class materials and feeds a crowd by covering two indoor stovetop burners or a large outdoor grill surface. You will love using this griddle to prepare all foods that benefit from searing, sauteéing and warming without a large amount of cooking liquid, such as hamburgers, potatoes, egg dishes, pancakes, French toast, bacon and sausage, fajitas, fish and seafood dishes. The manageable weight and easy portability of this griddle make it ideal for all outdoor activities including tailgating, camping, RV-in and hiking. ANYWARE by Little Griddle is the world's first line of indoor/outdoor ceramic non-stick cookware designed for use on stove-top, grill, oven and campfire. ANYWARE is made from durable, lightweight food-grade cast aluminum with an advanced ceramic coating and a high-temperature nonstick surface. It heats quickly and evenly and it is suitable for many indoor and outdoor cooking surfaces, including gas and electric stovetop, home oven, backyard grill and campfire. ANYWARE is not made for use under broilers or with induction cooktops. ANYWARE is free from PTFE and PFOA and it features tough, beautiful Whitford Fusion (registered trademark) ceramic for high-temperature cooking up to 525 degrees F (270 degrees C).

... griddles and this is the only one I would recommend. So far
Ive tried several ceramic griddles and this is the only one I would recommend. So far, no warping even heating and no stick AND I use a metal spatula. Finally healthy non stick cookware that works as advertised!

Ceramic Surface Flaw
There is a small bubble in the ceramic that I suspect will break on first use. If it does I will request an exchange.

Great griddle
Loving it. I gave it a 4 because the description on Amazon doesn't specify that the griddle is not scratch-resistant. Nonetheless, it's easy to care for. Nothing sticks (I've use it often for meats, pancakes, etc) and it's easy to clean with just soap and water. There's is no need for high temperatures because it heats up so well on low settings. An aluminum tent over meats and veggies ensures that foods cook quickly and evenly.

recommends non metal utensils
recommends that you do not use metal utensils, most of the other Ceramic nonstick cookware say you can use metal utensils, it does clean up easily

Both fun and useful. A good combination.
This is an excellent well thought out griddle. It is large and will cover two burners on a stove. It is made of aluminum for more even heating and to keep the weight down on such a large piece. Additionally, the underside is hollowed out, but has cross supports cast in for stiffness and support.I've used some pans like this in the past that are reversible, and have grill ridges on the back. This one can only be cooked on one side, and it is flat with a grease channel on one side. A wise design choice, in my opinion. The non-stick surface is rated to over 500 degrees, which was a surprise as generally, these can only go to around 450 before they start burning off. Still, be careful not to overheat it, especially if you use it on an outdoor grill, where temperatures can quickly head high.I don't use non-stick pans for much other than eggs, pancakes, and possibly french toast, but that is what the large flat surface is best for, so this works. The grease channel makes it work for bacon or sausage links as well. Perfect if you are cooking for several people and give them choices as to what they would like. You can cook two or three different things on this at the same time. The molded-in handles on the sides are useful and don't stick out too far, which would get in the way and make it harder to store.Overall, this surprised me. I didn't expect it to be so fun to cook on, especially when making breakfast-type foods.Recommended.Sean Logue, 2017

Even heating and perfectly flat surface are great for swedish pancakes!
OH WOW. I have had a really great cast iron griddle for five years that I absolutely love, and got this one as what I thought would be a second-fiddle back-up griddle for when I was having company over and wanted to have four burners going at once. I didn't think I'd use it all that much. OH HO HO! I was TOTALLY WRONG.This griddle is... amazing. It feels like it practically floats, compared to my cast iron griddle, which is to be expected. What's less expected is how this thing cooks SO EVENLY. Like, perfectly perfectly uniformly cooked pancakes. It's also perfect flat -- which really matters with my swedish pancakes. Truth: with my cast iron griddle, sometimes the batter can run into less than perfect shapes... with this thing? DANG! Perfect circles, every time. WAT!! Amazing.I'll be curious to see how the non-stick coating holds up... I'm generally dubious about the durability of non-stick surfaces, and get skeeved out and immediately toss pans when they get scratched or start peeling. I'll update this review with a note on durability after a few months. Initially though? SUPER impressed, and this is fast becoming my default griddle. (Sorry, cast iron!)
