Q: Is the taste different from a ground mustard? How so? I'm using it in a shrimp recipie.

This is my very favorite mustard! It will work beautifully in any recipe of you could just eat it out of the jar with a spoon. (Sounds crazy--but I really love this mustard). The only thing I don't care for is the price. So, once in a while I splurge. Enjoy your shrimp dish. The French have an edge over everyone when it comes to food. Bon Appetit!
