Perfect for my paddle.
This is a perfect product for weighting my paddle. 1/4” width adhesive lead tape you can cut to fit, change locations and reuse the same piece. I’ve shared several inches to friends who wish to try it. There’s a whole yard in the package, it doesn’t spoil and helped my game. That’s what counts!

Easy to apply
I like how easy it was to apply. I covered my paddle edges with gaffer’s tape but this tape comes with a sticky backing to help it hold. It was easy to use, I could rip the tape with my bare hands and didn’t need scissors. I like to change the weight of my paddles often so this product makes it very easy. Five stars!

Works well, but only slight weight increase
This product sticks very well. I wrapped it almost all the way around my paddle (skipping only the brand name on both sides. This increased weight by .2 ounces (perfect for me). It might have been .3 if wrapped across the brand name. Also, tape is narrow enough to do two strips side-by-side. Since tape is shiny, I noticed other players cover the shiny tape with black electrical tape. Obviously, this increases weight a little bit more.

Great product, one inch = 1gram so its easy peasy sasquatch teasy
Coulld be more simpler Weigh your paddle add weigth to meet your maximum or even better less and tryout Middle of you paddle - pencil/postit mark - then slide off table and where it starts to fall mark that as well - the distance between tells you how head heavy it is - or light towards the handle. If you have tennis elbow or have had before do not add weight to the head end on top of the paddle because while it will add some power to your serve and extend sweet spot towards the top you will kill your elbow- you have been officially sasquatch warned. You can increase your sweetspot in the middle by adding weight near the handle and on the sides of paddle - very good starting point. Nobody can tell how it will work for you - just like the wine sasquatch like isnt the same wine you will like becuas eof different style of play/tastes. Try 1 gram, then stack 2 grams and cover with your favorite edge tape or favorite color of electrical tape to match or offset your paddle color and your now a professional - well not yet because there are more improtant things like strokes, strategies and softgame. Adding weight can improve sweet spot and power - be careful with lead and wash hands and dont add everything on the end unless you 18 and invincible

Keep this in your paddle bag and customize away!
Yes, I'm a paddle nerd! There is definitely a benefit from adding weight at strategic locations on paddles to extend and enhance sweet spots and add stability. So, this is my go-to for that. It sticks really well and given the narrow size, it can work on a paddle as thin as 10mm (which is what I used it on - Labs 007). I think it is a fair price and since you will have plenty you can use it for several paddles.

Honestly didn’t like it
Lead tape is a bit of a pain and doesn’t always lie flat. The precut and pre weighed out lead strips are way better over this.

Lead Tape
Works much better than the metal weights on my Diadem Edge paddle, which has a grooved frame. Metal weights tend to fall off after awhile. The tape stays on.

Stays Put and Adds Weight
I used this tape on a Selkirk Amped Epic Lightweight paddle to increase the weight to the midweight range. The light weight of the paddle was causing elbow pain when I played and this helped. My Epic originally weighed 7.625 oz and with the lead tape it now weighs 8.125 oz. I didn’t use all of it. For the Epic the tape is thin but the Epic has a thick core. I was able to run two pieces side by side and still have room for one more. For normal thickness paddles this tape will be the perfect size. Stays put and adds weight. Would buy again.

I needed a bit more weight to my favourite paddle, I didn't want to buy a new ones, so I thought I'd try the tape. It worked for me, adding a bit more punch to my serve and other shots. I used the whole roll of it to add the weight I needed.
