Great big patches cut to size work great!
I've purchased the packages of small patches (2"x3" and similar) but this big one can be cut to size. And it has prolonged the life of some work jeans.Easy to apply: cut to fit. Iron the fabric you are patching so it is smooth and pre-warmed. Put down the patch and iron for 60 seconds. Patch seems to be of durable quality, but I am not sure they are as stretchy as I'd hoped for repairing stretchy jeans. So far, one pair of jeans have been through 5 washes and no peeling off.Funny thing... I probably could have sold my torn and shredded jeans since that's a fashionable thing nowadays!

Didn't hold up well
These patches are easy to use, but they didn't hold up very long.

They work great
Great color variation and super great to pacth jeans with. I got them for some distressed shorts that had rips that just kept spreading. I ended up repairing some jeans that battery acids from work. I doubled it up and stitched them and they're holding up excellently.

Peels off on first use even after careful ironing.
Update 12/3/2023Patch peels off on first wearing. I took lots of care to thoroughly iron the patch on. Then went over it a second time. But an hour in to the first time wearing the jeans the edges of the patch peeled up and began loosening toward the center. Big disappointment.Pros: Seems to glue on well. I ran a test. Turned my iron on it's highest setting and ironed a small patch on to some old lightweight denim leaving one corner loose. Really laid the heat to it. Once cooled I attempted to pull the patch off by the corner I left loose. The denim tore before the patch let loose. So I say it stuck well.Cons: Instructions do not state the heat setting to use on the iron. Nor how big to make the patch. I decided 2 inches each side of the tear was about right. And I maxed out the heat setting on the iron.I am concerned as they sent needle and thread with the patches. As if they won't last unless you sew them on. Sort of defeats the purpose of having an iron on patch if you have to sew them I think.I checked and patches that were guaranteed to last a year cost more than my jeans do. So I bought these as a hopefully reasonable compromise. I'll update with how long they last.
