Q: Is this compatible with iMac?

Note that more recent reviews suggest that there are compatibility issues with (at least the newer) Mac computers, my 2018 MacBook Pro pparently among them. The instructions that come with the product are extremely minimal and in poor English so you're mostly on your own (with help from other users) to figure it out. Thus far mine has worked once, and without any driver icon appearing anywhere on my computer which leads me to believe this item is not completely compatible.
