I have been drinking San Francisco Bay coffee for years but mainly only Fog Chaser, and I started with K-Cups. Both brewed and K-Cup style the Fog Chaser is so unique in its flavor, is absolutely dark delicious and is a mainstay of my rotation. I should note upfront that I drink it black, and I feel that gives me an excellent edge in identifying exact taste versus those mixing in cream or sugar. To each their own though and everyone is an expert when it comes to their coffee, but for me as an individual expert, this brand makes great coffee.Over the last few months, I decided to try out some of the other blends as I always have been impressed with the quality this company’s brew. I started with the Columbian which normally I wouldn’t drink, but the SF Bay version was very good, a straightforward medium blend with no bitterness. I will definitely add into my rotation. My most recent purchase from this brand is the Rainforest Blend. While I am just getting started with this blend, I can say that it very good to my taste. It is advertised as a medium dark and I feel that is appropriate leaning more to the medium side. It does have its moments where it does move towards the darker side, I think that as it cools it takes on a bit more of a robustness. This Rainforest Blend is definitely on the “buy again” list and I will certainly continue trying additional blends. The price point on SF Bay’s coffee is very good and certainly competitive with some of the more well known brands. Thanks for great brew!
