This and 'Never Split the difference' are books that are very similar but should be read by everyone.This book delivers what it says on the title with ample references along with practical advice.Highly recommend!

Best book, guys, don't miss reading this gem. A good amount of research has been done in writing this book. You will find around 50 pages of bibliography at the end, which shows the number of research papers that are referenced for this book.
