I needed to find something to keep my glasses from constantly sliding down my nose so I was happy to find this product. I was not able to use it in the native form but had to custom cut the leg down to fit behind my ear without pain. As it came, the leg was stabbing that back of ear so I trimmed it several times until I had a good pain free fit and I used that as a guide to cut the remaining grips. Win Win!

That having been said, these were the first ear hooks I bought to keep my eyeglasses secure since the temple arms are a bit short. They were ok but I ended up buying a different brand that has more of a curve to it. Both passed my not falling off test where I put my head back as far as it will go then bring it forward fast and hard. I just liked the extra curved ones better, your eyeglasses are a big investment so you need to protect them. You might find these to be just fine for your needs, it's not going to break your bank to find out considering how inexpensive these are. If you have 3 pairs of eyeglasses like I do, two for driving required and one pair of Rx sunglasses, you'll appreciate the amount of these that you get. I'm still keeping them just in case.
