Sippingで質問をさせて頂きましたが、とても迅速で丁寧な対応をしていただきました。 そして予定日より早く到着したので大変助かりました。 機器も正常に動作しており大変満足しております。 少々Firmwareが古かったですが、PolyのサイトからFirmwareをダウンロードして CCX400に適用して無事に動作しております。 また追加で必要な場合はご利用させて頂きます。

Not sure what the issue is with the phone. It will periodically reboot itself. Sometimes does this when answering a call or when ending a call, too. Tried updating and switching power supply just incase it was that. But, still has too many random reboots throughout the day.
