I bought this book after my mom was diagnosed with Cancer back in January... desparetly looking for an answer God somehow got me to this book. I have been reading eversince , using the herbs, making my own capsules and let me tell you guys... you cannot go wrong! Great book, inspiring , God left a cure for everything its just a matter of us finding it.

The author written his book in simplest terms. I have disabilities and this book was still interesting. While reading it, I didn't even take my time. That's how easy it is to understand. However, I will read it gain, taking my time to be sure I comprehend and understand everything. I just wish he had his own products/capsules. I have never brought an expensive pair of shoes or clothing, but on Dr. Sebi's website...his products are expensive. A person can't get things they need when they don't have the funds. Ariseandshine.com and 4 cycles of life.com is a little cheaper. The key is to read the book. Read it, instead of putting it aside. Then, incorporate what you can in your diet from the Nutritional Guide, only if you can't afford the products right away. You can start off slow by replacing one of your normal meals with a meal from the Nutritional Guide (once a day or once or twice during the week) This is a start and it will get better from there. This is the best advice I have. I wish you the best!Lastly, right before Dr. Sebi was killed, he was recorded in a video on YouTube exposing what certain people had done to his products. His work had been compromised. He said that his products should not be put in the microwave. On some of the bottles, it says "to be put in a microwave." On the the other hand, the original products of Dr. Sebi, none of them could be put in a microwave. I don't know if this still is the case, but be careful.

Other than your bible, this book should be the second most important book you will ever read. Physician....heal thyself. It goes point by point on what herbs are best for healing and what they are used for, how they look, how to harvest them correctly and the best part, how to mix them for the best effect. Go to your doctor's to check your vitals and to find out what may be wrong with you. Use this book along with Drsebicellfood.com herbal medicines or make your own and CURE YOUR OWN CONDITIONS AND DISEASES. I didn't say treat.......I said CURE. Following the guidlines.

Attention to the Alkaline Conscious! Easy to understand. Great if you want to make your own healing compounds. Dr. Sebi lives!

Book is about 105 pages. Easy read. Basic recipes and herbs based on Dr.Sebi’s works. Pictures in black and white which makes it hard to identify the herbs presented. In my humble opinion, the cost was not worth the amount of information given as anyone can easily use an internet search engine to gain the same info for free. I was expecting more in depth discussion on “Alkaline Herbal Medicine” for those of African descent. I have another book which is about 25 more pages longer written by an Asian doctor who explains alkaline and acidic functions in the body, along with detailed information based upon Chinese history, research, theory, and antidotes. 3.5 stars only because my 15 year old daughter said it was easy for her to read and understand the content.

Just opened my package very excited and the first page is missing. Looks like a printing error. You'd think there was someone to check these while printing.

The information in this book is priceless. It is easy to understand and well-written. I am no longer confused about alkaline herbs and how to use them.

Brilliant book. Used a herb in it called arnica for my dogs arthritis and worked a treat! Went from limping to running !! Vet said he’d have to be put down. He’s still going strong

Great book, provided all the necessary information I needed at hand. I can recognise the herbs on the go and their use-cases and benefits. Exactly what I wanted. It’s a shame the late king Dr Sebi never got a chance to write a book so I appreciate the author’s efforts to do his philosophy justice.

Fantastic book! Lots of critical information on herbs and the importance of a plant based diet - most importantly, lots of info on specific herbs / or fusions of herbs, and their primary benefits for healing our bodies.

I love everything natural healing. This book is great but works better for people in warm climates.Getting the herbs online is expensive and a long process and wait. Sometimes everything is out of stock. I personally believe that the ideal lifestyle someone who wants to live on natural is a warm climate but for those who cants afford to live somewhere warm, the only way we can help our selves is by eating right. So I’ll recommend getting the second book on alkaline diet.
