I've been looking into primers that also have some spf lately just so that I don't always have to fuss with taking the extra step of applying SPF in the morning, especially since I do wear makeup most days anyway. I decided to give this one a go since it's cheaper than a high end primer, and overall I will say that I do like it. It's just moisturizing enough for my oily skin type and it sheers out, although since I have fair skin I cannot speak for anyone with a deeper skin tone as to whether or not it would leave a white cast. My makeup applies smoothly on top after letting the primer set for a few minutes, and I don't seem to have issues with patchiness or things moving around when I attempt to blend other products. Since I have oily skin, this primer doesn't exactly keep my makeup looking totally fresh for my entire 9+ hour day from the time I go to work to when I get home, but it still lasts decently long all things considered. My biggest con with this primer is the scent, I would honestly have preferred either a normal sunscreen scent or no scent if that were possible to formulate. Sometimes I don't mind fragrance but the fragrance in this primer is a bit too perfum-y and less "natural" like I would have expected. Overall I think this is a decent primer and would probably work very well for you if you are normal to dry, but even if you are oily like me maybe this would be a good primer for days when you're not super concerned about makeup longevity and just need a good all in one product.

This was immediatwly moisturizing, which was nice. The scent was verybstrong, yet not unpleasant. Almost reminded me of the Strawberry Shortcake toys from the 80s! LoL. However, as a primer, it was ultimately ineffective. The second it got warm, and I started to get a bit clammy(not even sweating yet!), fhe primer melted into my eyes. It burned like an an exorcism! My eyes got blood red, swelled up puffy, and watered for the rest of the day. I tried it four times before I left a review. Also, on all four occasions, I managed to get sunburn on my face, which was the original reason I bought the primer to begin with. Womp Womp.

The minute I opened the package, I knew this primer was NOT for me. The smell was so horrible and overpowering, I immediately closed it. If you have a smell sensitivity, this is not the primer for you .

I have combination skin and have a very difficult time finding a moisturizer that is not so heavy that my face breaks out and not so light that my skin never feels hydrated. In fact, once I find a product that works, I don't usually switch to something else. I happened to try another NYX product in the same product line and feel in love with it. So, I decided to give this a try. This product is perfect for my combination skin. It makes my skin feel soft and hydrated without causing breakouts. This is my new go-to moisturizer. I love it! Note: I also love the light, fresh scent. This is a must try product!

I prefer something more moisturizing, not so thin. Also this pilled under my foundation, it didn't work at all for me.
