Nice and small
A bit pricey but you get the quality. I haven’t noticed any difference physically but idk your supposed to. My Dr suggested I was low on vitD and I chose these because I take Usana Vit B and the minerals, I do feel better when I take them.

HIghly Recommend - My Vitamin D Level Jumped Up
Works great! My acupuncturist recommended this for me. My Vitamin D has been deficient for years. I have MS and my neurologist prescribed 50,000 iu/week and he also wanted me to take another 6,000-10000/day because my Vitamin D level was at 6 and he wants it to be at 90. I told my acupuncturist that Usana would cost too much to get to the # of pills the doctor wanted me to take each day. And for 4 years I floundered around buying random brands wherever I could find them and my levels only got up to about 28. So again, she said I should try one bottle and I shouldn't need to take that much with this brand because our bodies absorb more that I could try 2,000iu/day and it would still have an effect. I wanted to be aggressive still, so I started taking 2-3 (4,000-6,000iu) pills a day for about a month and half it happened to be time to test it again (every 6 months I get tested) and it jumped up to 42! So, I will definitely be continuing to use this brand for life! Even at 42, I can tell the difference in my energy than before I started taking them. Highly recommend since Vitamin D is so important for our overall health!

Honestly these are just like any other vitamin. Just these are over priced. I will be buying generic next time. Another thing I noticed is it's recommend to take twice a day. When I took them twice a day it made me really tired so I only took them once which helped

I love this product and it has worked well for me. I am subtracting stars because the picture shows twice the amount of tablets you actually get. Be aware that there are only 84 tablets in this bottle.
