THE REAL DEAL!
I MADE A JUNGLE FISH CURRY WITH THIS PASTE ADDING COD, KING PRAWNS, SCALLOPS, PEPPERS AND GREEN BEANS - IT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD AUTHENTIC! THIS IS A HOT CURRY, BUT I MADE IT HOTTER BY ADDING A FEW THINLY SLICED GREEN CHILLIES. EASY TO MAKE, IT TASTES FANTASTIC AND WILL FEED 3 NORMAL SIZED MEALS OR 2 GREEDY ONES! RECOMMEND.

absolutely banging
If you are not into spicy curries then perhaps avoid this one as it is very spicy, just as any good jungle curry should be. Very impressed, I cooked it with barbecue chicken and the smokiness went so well with the paste. The whole Payst range is excellent, I'm having lots of fun with it.
