Pad Thai Seasoning Mix (Made with Sea Salt)

My husband purchase this to add to his trail meals while hiking the AT, it was a great addition to the meal and he enjoyed it so much we have been adding it to our meals at home. What I like is that it is not salty tasting, so many of the seasoning mixes you buy taste mostly like salt this has the right amount.

It’s not easy to find a vegan Pad Thai mix. Not only is this packet vegan but it also does not contain any allergens that usually trigger my migraines. I add a spoon of this mix to my cooked rice noodles and, because it is a smooth powder, it blends in instantly.I don’t like to spend a lot of time making lunch and having this mix to add to microwave prepared noodles is quick and easy. I find it very tasty and have it on my shopping list for regular purchasing.

I made my usual pad Thai but used this instead of the usual one. I found the monkfruit and lime overwhelming the flavor of my favorite dish...it needs more of a salty sweet flavor

Nice pad thai seasoning, a little more vinegary than I expected and the mix was adequate for about 4 servings.

I used this to make a pad Thai soup. This mix seems off....too sweet, artificial sweetener, too much lime. 1 cup water to full package doesn’t seem like the right ratio! Added this to 3 cups vegetable broth, with mushrooms, garlic, and shrimp.....way too thick, added more veggie broth, shrimp broth, fish sauce, soy sauce, scrambled egg and sambal - finally edible but still aftertaste of artificial sweetener and lime. You can’t tell me this is a Thai food mix. I hope more shrimp stock will make it more palatable.

Was okay, I've had other mixes that were much better.

I unfortunately didn’t read the reviews before I purchased. It smelled good in the beginning but it was not very tasty when we ate it. It seemed very sweet - way sweeter than an average pad Thai mix. This is the first meal I have ever told my family they didn’t have to finish. They all tried but it was bad. (And we only added chicken and noodles and those tasted great!)

This stuff taste gross. It taste very lemony with no spice. Wont be buying again, won't be eating, straight to the compost,
