Disappointed with product.

This is my 1st shoes from this brand and the 1st one at 4000 plus price point (MRP 4999).The shoes were extremely light weight for a formal shoes. Sturdy and well finished. The shoes look exactly as displayed. I bought size 7, which is 25.4cms. Fit is comfortable and perfect. Doesn't runs large nor small, true to the size chart. I would say it's a perfect formal shoes with bold looks.Now let me share few things which I am dissatisfied in this purchase.I have recently purchased few brands like Arthur harvey, Burwood, louis stitch, and so on, these brands gave me a feeling that I have bought a factory packed product, directly to the customer and latest manufactured stocks, but the Clarks brand was 2018 Dec stock, felt like it's a refurbished shoes. The lace eye let's were corroded and hard to adjust. This is the impact of old stocks. The carton of the 5000 range shoes cannot be used to store the shoes. The less expensive shoe brands are using quality packing materials and Clarks way of presentation of their shoes are pathetic.I believe, shoes should be used within 6 months to a year, but this one is 2 years old stock, definitely less durable than the newer ones.The most important thing all the purchase experience ( 5 times) with Clarks through Amazon were more than 2 years old stock. What's the point in delivering genuine products with almost expired dates, yes shoes too got expiry values.I am not sure whether Amazon's seller is purposely purchasing old stocks nor Clarks is using Amazon inventory to clear their old and worn out stocks.I am not fully satisfied with this purchase, though I have got it in 80 %discount.
