You get a set of gauges attached to nice aluminum backplate, four vacuum hoses, vacuum restrictors to place inline and a case to keep them all. The gauges should be centered and zero'd before use which you can do via a flathead in the gauge face. They've traveled a long way, so reset them. You should also check the tension of the restrictiors at the base of the hose inlet at the bottom of the gauges, they're shaped like pilot jets. If you do all of these things, these gauges work fine and you can sync you carbs.
