OMG!! This is the cutest, most funny and entertaining item I have ever purchased. I bought it for my grandson, then threatened to keep it myself it was so much fun. I haven't laughed that hard in a very long time.When I first got it, I was tickled by the silly face. It has two push buttons on it. One for music and the other for mimicking. I first chose the music and it has multiple different songs of many different genres. When the songs are playing the cactus wiggles its body with that silly face, which just cracks me up.Then I chose the mimic button and the first word I said it repeated back to me in a chipmunk kind of voice. I first started with saying names and then short sentences. It became so funny it reminded me of when I was a kid driving in the car and your kid brother starts to mimic everything you say with that higher irritating voice. I then told it to stop it and it said it right back to me. When I said, no you stop it, it's voice got higher and it said, no you stop it, right back to me. We went back and forth until I was rolling on the floor laughing it was so funny.Sad when you work remote and the few people you talk to is a dancing mimicking cactus, and my Wilson soccer ball! Lol.All kidding aside, this is a super cute gift. My 2-year-old grandson wasn't quite sure about it at first since he didn't understand the concept of how it could repeat, but his older sister was able to make a game of it and all is good now. It’s super cute and is just as described. My babies love it but it didn’t come with a piece to cover the batteries. I put tape over it for now but they won’t be able to use it for long because I don’t want them to take the tape off.

Both if my grandsons love this toy—one is 7 months old and the other is 5 years old. They laugh along with it and love to hear recorded messages from Grandma. The only thing I didn’t like is that it comes shipped in a padded envelope— no box therefore not much protection. Mine was fine and undamaged but still…

I bought it in January 2022 and have used it maybe 5 times. I turned it on today 6/17/22 to play with my 6 month old and realized it wouldn't copy us back until like a full minute later. It's usually only a few seconds. So I started pressing buttons and that's when I got to the songs.... songs about drugs and having a man to do you right. Wow... I wish I could return but I'll be throwing it away.

The dancing cactus is the funniest baby toy I’ve ever seen. It dances and plays music and can also record and mimic. Currently my baby likes the music part and isn’t too interested in the mimicking bit yet. The songs it plays are random and probably not child appropriate but it is really funny. It includes songs like My Humps, Party Til We Die and Animal Style by Jackal (my baby’s favorite). The music does play really loud and we haven’t found a way to turn it down. The first 5(ish) songs are always the same and hen after that it’s entirely random (I don’t know how this is possible but it does make it fun to see what you’ll get every time.)Highly recommend this toy as it’s hilarious for the parents and keeps baby entertained.

I bought this for my almost 1 year old son and he absolutely loved it but the second time he grabbed it the material came off of the whole cactus! The pot and cactus came off and the wires were exposed. It still worked if you slipped the material back over but it’s very cheaply made

I bought this for my granddaughter, she is 3 and loves music! We take it in the car and keeps her happy
