They weren't impressed but quickly got used to having them on. However without tightening it to an inhumane level it will not stop them crowing. So didn't work for me as i wasn't prepared to half choke them.

So far so good, I was initially put off by some reviews, but I watched YouTube on how to fit it. It's only day one, he had a go at crowing this morning when he woke, but it wasn't a full crow and he hasn't tried since. He's running around with his ladies eating and making normal sounds other than crowing. So I think maybe it's uncomfortable to crow so he's not bothering. I will update if there is any change. It needs to be checked regularly it has to be tight enough to get a pinky finger in, but I don't want him to choke so will monitor it. Let's say its saved his life.

The delivery was quick but did not work for me. For the first 2 days it seemed like the collar was working until the rooster got louder. If I tightened the collar anymore I risk strangling the rooster.
