Dope story. It’s difficult writing an interesting yet relevant and fundamentally sound business book. Props to MJ for all 3 of his books and I would say first entrepreneurship texts I recommend to anyone.

Overall, this is a good as MJ's first book, the Millionaire Fastlane.Having said that, a small disclaimer: some of the concepts are indeed a repeat from his previous books.And honestly, that's ok - because time has passed but the concepts stay the same, they just evolve with time.The book is structured with a fiction element (there is a back story that helps sustain the concepts), but I especially admired the building strategies that get to the point. That actionable element was certainly missing in the previous books, as MJ just cuts to the chase and shares what other business books won't even mention.It's a must-read for anyone who has a calling for a life out of the ordinary, for those who refuse to be players but need to be masters of their own destiny. If you aim to create a business, a system, and a way of life, and not be a part of one, this is for you.

Someone on the Fastlane Forum said that the picture on this book reminded them of the 4 Hour Workweek. This book is not even in the same league of the 4 HW. That book is total garbage, this book is a total classic. I bought TGRRE when it came out and went through all 434 pages within 5 days of reading. My copy of the 4 HW is sitting in my bathroom, half way finished, because I just got so fed up with it (I bought it 2 months ago).Few years before this book was released, MJ DeMarco already hinted that his next book was going to be following the path of entrepreneurs who will become Unscripted and make a Fastlane business. When I first heard this, I questioned how good the execution would be. MJ has exceeded my expectations, as he spent 4 years writing this masterpiece. His dedication and effort shows.I already bought all 3 of MJ's books before (Millionaire Fastlane, Unscripted, and Wealth Exposed). I have used those books and applied the concepts to my own Fastlane Business. Those books are the basics, I would highly recommend reading those before this one. The reason is because he expands those concepts in this new book and introduces some new ones. He does a great job and I think that TGRRE is his best book. However, definitely still get his other books. The other books still does a better job explaining things in some areas than TGRRE (the paycheck pot in the last chapter of Unscripted).

The book has stains and its aspect seems as was exposed to dust, instead of being stored in a good place or being protected.

His first book was for building a massive business. His second book was to wake up the masses.Why read this one? Now the message is clear. It is refined. It is specifically helpful.AND you have a fictional story woven into the delivery that could be a story about any of us.This book made me laugh, made me mad, made me question if I would finish it, made me cry, and finally made me glad I took the journey. MJ's writing has improved greatly and his message is clear and inspiring. Now let's go make an impact! TLDR; read the book. improve your life.

This is probably one of the best books I've read on starting a business and creating wealth, but this is NOT for those who want some hunky dory rah rah advice on get rich quick schemes. The author tells it like it is, and he is not afraid to use some profane language to get his point across. He also dispels a bunch of myths about saving and investing for retirement that has been treated as gospel in the mainstream press, and the idea of telling a story that goes along with his business advice helps to make it more understandable to the average reader.
