Been using this product for a while now (12-18months?), and for me, it works.I have had oily, problem skin all my life. Been proned to spots and cystic acne on my face and back.Sometimes I believe my spots are hormone related, sometimes stress.When I reached that "special" age in a woman's life (🙄), the spots seemed to get worse again. Hormone induced no doubt.Starting searching for a supplement that might help, and I found these.Began taking 1 or 2 tablets a day and definitely noticed an improvement.Still got the odd spot, but not the really big painful ones.I increase/decrease the dosage as I feel I need.But, earlier this year (3 months before my wedding), I increased the dose to the max of 3 a day. This was to hopefully avoid me having any huge boils on my face and/or back for my special day.Quite frankly on my wedding day, it would have been devastating. This problem has certainly had a negative effect on my confidence/self esteem all my life.I am pleased to say that on my wedding day, not a spot in sight!So I will end this review by saying that I will continue to keep stocked up with these little gems.They worked for me, a 50 something perimenopausal woman with a history of nasty spots 😃.

they also help with my candida maybe thats why?! very good product. i find i have less bloat too

Really works
I’m so impressed with these acne capsules. I’ve had PCOS related acne all my adult life, even into my 40’s and I’ve tried everything. These capsules worked within weeks. My skin is less oily so I’m getting less breakouts and not a single cystic acne spot since taking & I usually get at least 3 month. My skin also looks more radiant and smooth. I have no idea how these capsules work or even what the active ingredient is but they do work.
