Improper voltage adjustment may have caused the accessory's fuse to burn out, resulting in a failure to heat. When using different cutters, be sure to adjust the voltage to the appropriate value, otherwise the cutter may be damaged.

What voltage should I set for each cutting tip to avoid overheating or no heat?

Different cutting tips require different voltage settings to work safely and effectively. Maximum Voltage Thresholds: 9V for the 18cm bow cutter, 7V for the 5cm bending style cutter and 12cm long straight cutter, 5V for 7cm short straight cutter.

Why is my foam cutter not working?
