Seem weaker than my old 20 pounder
These are smoother than the springs but consistency of the rated tension seems an issue. Also, they break if you have a wingspan and the hard insert ends can cause serious injury. Best to always wear eye protection.

I got these to use with my Perfect Fitness Pullup Assist
I got these to use with my Perfect Fitness Pullup Assist, they work fine, gave me much more of an assist. For those having trouble installing the bands, simply put one foot on one end, stretch the band so it's thin, put the slot over the middle of the band, it pops in with no trouble. Pliers and oil on rubber is generally a bad idea.

Work great, but are a pain to change-out
These worked really well with a pull up assist that I purchased. They definitely erased a lot of weight, and enabled me to do pull-ups with good form until my back became stronger. Initially, I used all three purple/blue bands. Then, slowly over time, I started swapping them out for the lower resistance red bands which came with the pull up assist.The only issue I had is that these are so thick, they are a real pain to put in/take out of the pull up assist. I was putting wd-40 on 'em and using pliars to get them off, ha!

These bands were a great replacement for my Beachbody pull-up assist that broke a band. Fit right in and work great.

Bands are fine the Power Push-Up 2 is horrible
This review is more a statement on the Power Push-Up 2 design. It is terrible, the bands consistently snap off. As you go up in the strength level of the band, the worse it gets. Till you get to the blue and it disconnects every time you extend to do a push up. The first design was a better connection and only disconnected when the bands actually broke.

The extra power to help me out.
The extra umph I needed since I weigh more than I should. The original bands I had just didn't cut it. With these bands I can do multiple pull ups. Once I can do 3 sets of 10 I will cut down to using just two of them. After that I will step back to the original bands. They were a little difficult to put in but I was already expecting that after reading other reviews. Not a show stopper.

Just What I Needed
Just what I needed, but they seem stronger than the ones I replaced. Better than weaker though.

Fitness Tool
I have found the Lifeline USA Chest Expander to be an excellent fitness and rehabilitation tool - one that can easily be packed in luggage for workouts during travel. The extra cables add to its versatility, without taking up much more space or adding additional weight.
