The ballyhoo fish have a highly reflective mirror finish that reflects sunlight as they glide through the water. They tilt slightly in a fish-like motion while sending reflections of light in all directions and the illusion of a school of ballyhoo. If you drag it just below the surface next to your bait, the reflection from the sun attracts big game fish. Look for a video online of the teaser fish gliding through the water.

Been catching more fish with it
Cannot beat the price of this item. For $20 I swear I am catching much more fish and fishing season hasn't "officially" started in South Florida. I have a trip coming up soon, I will pick this in my suitcase as its very lightweight and folds easily. Great service, very realistic looking, and very durable. I would buy again.
