Very happy with my purchase as this will enable me to use less oasis and be more environmentally friendly with my smaller arrangements.

This is a very nice neat little pin holder. It’s matte black so won’t be too visible in an arrangement. It is a good decent weight, so it sits well in a flat dish for a Japanese style arrangement. The nails are reasonably close together but it wouldn’t work with very thin stemmed floral materials.You place the pin holder down on the base of a tray/ dish with a lip, push the stems on to the nails in the positions you want, then cover the pin holder with a bit of moss or a leaf or something. When you are happy with it you add the water gently, making sure it covers the base of the stems where they sit on the pin holder. This is nice quality, and it will last a long time.

I recently saw a floral demonstration and the florist was talking about and using a pin holder, I thought I'd like to get one of those and then one came up on here for review.It appears to be well made.It's not very big, but is surprisingly heavy, so it should be quite stable, helped also by the rubberised base.Comes in a handy storage box, to protect you from the pin pricks.
