I’m super excited over the fact that this product actually works as I saw a few mixed reviews about this wax roller. It’s super easy to use, just insert the cartridge in the heater, plug it in and wait around 20-30 minutes for the wax to melt. I mostly bought this for the purpose of using it on my legs, arms, and on my underarms. The results were FLAWLESS on my arms and legs, super easy and little to no pain. However, I made a mistake that I want to warn others about. I tried this product in my underarms and even attempted to give myself a brazillian (I’ve successfully done so in the past but with hard wax) I strongly recommend you don’t use this product for either places unless you’re down to have somebody help you with holding your skin extremely taut, as I personally found it hard to do so on myself, by myself. I pulled on my skin too hard on both areas and was left with bruising, swelling, and pain in the area for days (which is completely my fault, not the product’s) and after a few days the bruising healed and left dark marks on my skin which I have been working on lightening for the past few months! So overall yess this product works super great, but please be careful and mindful of where you use this! I will be continuing to use this for my legs and arms but will stick to hard wax on more sensitive places :)

the instructions are vague to me.... I tried it the first time and it was a epic failure. the glue would not come off the spray smelled like mildew. not a happy camper but i will try it one more time if it still does not work well i will contact somebody.

I like that it comes with everything you need, it’s affordable, and works for sensitive skins

I loved this! It warmed up to the perfect temperature within the 30 minutes for me as the instructions sait it would. It is so easy to use. I did apply a little extra pressure to make sure it would be even. I used 1/3 of the wax total for both my lower legs. Pretty excited to have given it a shot since I’m used to hard wax. My skin did not have a reaction either at all. No redness, no bumps! This is definitely a little gem in my life I am thankful to have found.

Recently bought this. I have never used any other at home waxing kits nor have I gotten waxed before and it was simple to set up. Did take awhile to heat up and followed the instructions with the pre wax spray and after wax spray. There is a bit of a learning curve to it, my first leg I did burn my skin but that’s user error for applying more layers on after the first initial strip so if it doesn’t pull hairs up at first do not go back over with another layer because that will irritate your skin. So I’d recommend not doing another pass on top of the initial strip, just wait for the skin to calm down and try another day. Did leave some wax on the skin but once I finished waxing I followed up with the after wax spray to get rid of residual wax. On my second leg it was way easier because I was able to get a handle on how to use it. It did not irritate my leg as much as the first leg. Keep it plugged in so it doesn’t cool down but be careful it does get hot. This is a product that’s $20 so there’s no surprise that it’s not going to be the greatest product in the world but it will work if you follow the instructions and have patience. Wouldn’t recommend if you have sensitive skin because I don’t have sensitive skin with a high pain tolerance and it did irritate it a bit but again user error on some parts. Definitely an okay product if you’re in a pinch but don’t get your hopes up and think it’s a holy grail product.

Worked amazing, application was great! Took like 30-40 mins to warm up, once it’s ready just roll it on until there’s an even thick layer. It can make a mess if you accidentally touch the wax, but the “after wax” solution worked wonders getting the small amounts of stickiness off. 10/10
