Everything is good, but a little shabby.
I haven’t tried it at work yet. Everything seems to be fine. The only negative is a little worn and bent, but this is not critical

the height needs modification
Great product if you have the capability to professionally shorten the starting height by 3" as its minimum height is to high unless you have extra long thigh to knee limbs. Great now I have adjusted the problem

This product is not very good
I am trying to get a business up and running now I am a fully qualified foot health practitioner. I have had this foot rest for about 4 months and it is wobbly and the adjustment does not work so I can only set it on the smallest setting. It was expensive, considering it doesn’t do want it is suppose to. I am now going to have to look for another. Very disappointed.

Very sturdy & easy to put together
I okay so I purchased this to do pedicures and I must say that I have some “legs” and it stands up to the weight of the job every time!!!! Definitely a “GREAT BUY”.
