Customs charges
Product came from the USA, had to pay an extra 30% to release it from Irish postal service, contacted amazon and seller and basically told to sort it out myself, product itself is fine if paying 20 euro, but overall it cost me 45, would have bought a better set in Ireland for that price, overall not impressed
