Delicious
I use coconut sugar and heavy whipping cream to make my Thai iced tea and it is DELICIOUS!This is my go-to brand ever since finding it in Thai town California.

This is the best! Restaurant styled Thai tea.
I've tried every brand that Amazon has, and this is by far the best!To fill a 1 gallon jug:1) Fill your 1 gallon jug a little higher than the 1 gallon line, some of this will evaporate.2) Turn the heat on high and let the water hit the boiling point3) Add 3 cups of Thai Tea Mix with 2 cups of sugar4) Keep mixing for 3 minutes, do not stop and turn the heat down to a notch over medium high.5) Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes (that means let it sit there and do nothing for 30 minutes)6) Use some kind of sock strainer to strain the tea leaves out of the tea. If you dont know what i'm talking about, youtube videos of people in thailand making thai tea and you will see these fishing net looking things they use to strain their tea, its those, and they have them on amazon. You can also use the "Finum brewing basket" which can be found on Amazon. I use 2 butter knifes to hold it up while i pour to keep my hands free. Its perfect! Strain twice.7) Put the lid on, stick it in the fridge.I do not recommend pouring this over ice while hot. If you plan on doing that, you should make enough for 1 cup and make it super strong. All of the water from the melted ice will water it down badly. After you take it out of the fridge when its cold, i use half and half and fill the last 1/5th or so (around 1 inch of the top) with it. Mix it, use a straw, Yum yum!! Some people use evaporated milk and what not, but when you do it the restaurant way, its harder to drink for some reason. You drink one or two and you dont really want anymore. With half and half, you can drink the whole gallon in one sitting!!! Hmm.... not a good idea, there's a lot of sugar haha, but its GREAT!!

Just like the tea in my local Thai Restaurant
If you're looking for the tea served on ice with condensed milk or hot at your favorite Thai restaurant, this is it! The package says to use 4 tablespoons of tea per cup and strain - so I bought this 4-pack (figuring that 4T per cup would use up the stuff pretty fast). I think that ratio is way too much. I use about 3 tablespoons in my 1 liter French press, and it comes out great. Just pour the water over the tea, stir a few times while letting it steep and serve.Enjoy!- Charlie

Pretty good for price
For the price of the Thai tea mix, you get a lot. The Thai tea wasn't the best I've ever had, but it's what I expected for the price I paid. You get a lot of mix, which is cheaper than having it all the time at restaurants. It also comes with instructions on how to make the Thai tea, which was pretty useful.

This is the best Thai tea!
I really like this Thai tea. I can now make Thai iced tea at home. Be sure to follow the directions on the package because it takes a lot more Thai tea to make a good strong tea than it does regular tea. Mix the sugar in while it is still hot for the best flavor. Had half and half to your glass of iced tea and it will taste just like your favorite Thai restaurant. This is so indulgent with the sugar and half & half, but everyone needs pampered once in a while, don't they?

Great stuff!
I love Thai iced tea. And this is it - the same kind you get at restaurants. I don't follow the directions on the package, however, since I prefer to make it in bulk. I bring 4 cups of water and 3/4 cup of sugar to a boil. Add one cup of tea, boil for 3 minutes and then remove from heat. Allow to steep for 30 minutes, then strain into a small pitcher. This makes several glasses.

Old and Stale, DISGUSTED!
Opened a bag and the aroma was almost nonexistent, brewed the tea and it hardly had any flavor, taste was stale.I've never been so disgusted in my life that you would dare to sell outdated items. Obviously you don't want returning customers and have no integrity at all as a sales company!I'm returning this garbage and want my money back!

Excellent
This ended up being different from the powdered thai iced tea mix we used to get. Once we figured out how to use it to make large batches we find that the taste is the same as restaurants or the powdered mix. Here is what we do: (A) put 12 cups of water in our coffee maker; (B) fill the filter cup up to the top with the mix; (C) put 1.33 cups of sugar in the empty container we are going to use; (D) pour the approx 11 cups that actually brew into the jug; (E) empty about 1/2 of the mix out of the filter and refill with new mix; (F) brew another 12 cups of tea; (G) fill the jug up the rest of the way and shake well while hot to mix sugar.
