Easy to use
A good product which does micro thin slices to reasonable size potato fries. ** Take care - all blades are very sharp. I found it fairly easy to clean WITH CARE, watch your fingers!!!It took me a minute or two to work out how to release the `chip` blades (because these auto-lock), by pushing the black centre button on the knurled thicknesser knob. I like this product.I also like the delivery speed - I ordered on Sunday 4th Sept and it arrived on Monday 5th courtesy of our brill local Royal Mail.

Cutter is OK, but little variations for depth, very easy to slide around in the kitchen - needs a 3 hands for safety; the safety-handle leave too much of the product unsliced so has to use a knife to finish off.

Mind your fingers and thumbs
what do i like, you can slice veg in a fraction of the time, thin slices of vegitables for that stir fry .... easy, potatoes sliced for hot pot or dauphinoise or saute potatoes .... easy. getting used to using it takes a little time but Always use the holder to slice with as it is very easy to cut a slice of finger.

Not impressed
There were no instructions supplied with the item, before I discovered the online instructions I badly cut my finger.I find it frustrating having to keep going online to see how to use the shredder.A simple instructions leaflet should be supplied for ease of reference.
