Vacuum Sealer Bags, Set of 2 8"x50' BPA-Free Rolls, Vac Seal for Sous Vide & Meal Prep, Commercial Grade Food Vac Bags

I just purchased a Foodsaver vacuum sealer (Model VS-3180) on sale at Costco for $99. I always wanted to get one of these machines to keep food fresh in our freezer, fridge, and pantry. At the same time I purchased the machine, I also purchased additional Foodsaver bags that were also on sale.A sample assortment of Foodsaver bags (10 Ft 11" roll and various other bags) came with the machine. As I started using them, I looked more closely at the price of the additional Foodsaver bags I had purchased. I compared them to what was available on Amazon and saw that the Foodsaver bags were more than twice the price of bags from other sellers. I selected the Nutri-Lock brand because they were well-priced. I placed my order at 10:00PM and they were at my door at 8:00AM the following morning (Nice job Amazon!).I compared the sample roll of Foodsaver bags that came with the machine to the rolls I just received from Nutri-Lock. The Nutri-Lock bags seemed very similar. The only difference I noticed was that the Foodsaver bags have a white rectangle imprinted on the roll at intervals which gives you a place to write info about the contents inside the bag. No big deal, you can write anywhere on the bag with a Sharpie. It may be a little more difficult to read, but who cares, considering the cost savings.In terms of performance, based on what I've seen so far, the Nutri-Lock bags work just fine in my Foodsaver machine, but at less than half the cost. The Nutri-Lock rolls are much larger and don't fit inside the machine. But I saved the cardboard core of the sample roll that came with the machine and rolled some of the Nutri-Lock bags on it. It took all of a few minutes to do that.Bottom line is that these bags work perfectly fine in my Foodsaver machine. I'm returning the bags that I purchased at Costco and will use the money to buy more of these Nutri-Lock bags.My next attempt will be to use the Nutri-Lock bags for Sous-Vide cooking. I expect they will work out fine.

This works just as expected. Seals nice and stays sealed. Will be buying again.

These work great do the job and easy to use

There is 50’ per roll which will not fit in my machine. I knew that up front knowing I would have to manually unroll a fair amount and make another roll that would fit. No big deal. Took 3-4 minutes and saved a couple bucks. The product seals and works fine.

I use vacuum seal bags everyday for a multitude of food items. I have 3 different sealing machines and can say these bags are to best I hav ordered online in a long time. At time of purchase they were a very good price. I have not had one seal failure yet and into the third roll of 4 so far on this order. I would recommend and buy again

These bags do not allow my vacuum sealer to pull all the air out. The bags that came with that sealer worked wonderfully. I’ve tried both the 11 inch and the 8 inch and it doesn’t pull the air out of the back of the bag and when it does seal, it lets more air in. My other bags worked perfectly. This is not going to prevent my food from freezer burning, which is the whole purpose behind vacuum sealing.Update: My vacuum sealer quit working altogether. I purchased a replacement and these work just fine in it. I've tried these in 4 different vacuum sealers trying to solve the problem and it turns out, my first machine didn't work on any bags after 2 weeks. These were the best value for bags I could find and they get the job done. Just hope my vacuum sealer replacement survives the hunting season.

I like it a lot just next time I will order the 11 inches instead but quality wise is all what I was expecting. I recomend this product.
