Absolutely appalling.
Absolutely appalling. My parcel arrived 4 days later than it was due. All three books i received were damaged, ripped and had dirt marks all over them. Will not be ordering again

Not worth the full price
All three books were damaged on the wire spine, they are still usable but would have been better if not damaged!!
