Wow! This has got to be the biggest piece of junk I have ever purchased from Amazon! On first inspection it arrived nicely packed in a box that suggests high end merchandise! All the pieces and parts seem well built but I didn't really get a chance to try them since the main unit is junk! I immediately placed it on the charger, which should be done for any cordless device before first use. It didn't take long for it to reach full charge while I went through the owners manual. The display showed 99 and the full charge icon, however, when I turned it on it ran for about 15 seconds and stopped! Turning it off and on only resulted in the displays going nuts and after about 30 seconds of that showed zero battery life! I charged it again! After playing with it a little more I discovered that squeezing the body of the trimmer got all the display lights to light up fully and the cutting head to start. Releasing the pressure sent it back into the twilight zone! The wiring inside or something must be fouled up but you can't get to the inside to see it let alone fix it! This thing isn't even worth the time or shipping expense to return it. It is heading straight to the garbage and I am heading back to the product listings to find a corded trimmer/clipper. I can't recommend this trimmer to anybody, but if you decide to take the chance, buyer beware!Update:I have updated my previous review to 5 stars. from OPOVE customer service reached out to me with apologies for my experience and offered a refund or replacement. I opted for the replacement to give the product another try and I have to say I am not sorry I made that choice. The replacement arrived quickly and the difference between it and the original was like night and day. The replacement performed every bit as advertised and I am very pleased with it. The merchandise I received originally was simply a defective unit that must have slipped through the cracks. Above all, the customer service exhibited by Andy was beyond outstanding, thus, my five star rating! Given my experience with the replacement I can recommend this product.

This trimmer really does a good job. I wish I would have found this sooner. Here are some thoughts:1. I wish I had noticed that the charger was usb, took me a bit to find an adapter.2. Trimmer has two power modes. For me, the trimmer worked best on the strongest power mode. It did great in this mode, but on the lower mode, it did seem to bog down with course hair.3. The heads swap out very easily. They are engineered really well. I find that the beard tools are definitely the best of the set. The electric “shaver” is probably the worst. It would be good in a pinch, but don’t plan to use it every day.I would definitly recommend this to friends and family.

The packaging speaks to the quality of this item. The the item confirm the visual presentation. I purchased for myself, but if I were getting one of my friends a gift this would be one to choose from.

While working, it was working great - long battery life with multiple attachments.After three months (using once a week for a few minutes), it stopped working. Will update review if rectified.*Update I reached out directly to the company, and they sent a new one immediately!

The Opove Xmulti3 washable beard trimmer is simply awesome. I have used many beard trimmers and this one is perfect. The trimmer comes with a handy storage case that holds the trimmer and all attachments in one handy place. This trimmer comes with five guide combs , Tshaped head,u shaped head,nose/ear trimmer,micro shaver and a body hair trimmer they through in a travel pouch, oil, cleaning brush even a comb. The box it came in is really nice and has magnetic closures. I use it to hold all my beard oils and beard products. I also own the opove X master hair trimmer and love that also. The company gives you a great product and the price is great. The beard trimmer was delivered fast and for the price I don't think I could find a more high quality machine. Oh almost forgot this beard trimmer is also washable which is a huge plus has long battery life and looks and works super professional

The media could not be loaded.  This looked like a good product and I really wanted to like it. It seems well built and comes with a lot of accessories. But the night after it arrived and I used it for the first time, it turned on by itself in the middle of the night, fell off a shelf and scared my wife and I half to death. Then it wouldn't turn off no matter what we did. I ended up putting it in the garage until the battery died. I tried recharging it the next day to see if that would do the trick, but it just did the same thing and would stay on. I contacted Amazon for a replacement and they sent one out. That one lasted about 3 weeks (about 15% of the battery usage) before the same thing happened (I've uploaded a video of it for reference). Now, its outside the return window and I'm stuck with it.

The main reason I bought this instead of the current Philips/Norelco offering was the organizer base. I had an older Norelco that came with that, but the current ones don't. Also, this seemed to come with about the right number of tools and accessories, whereas current Norelco models come with way too much junk. I'm very pleased with the quality, aside only that the vertical body hair trimmer (an excellent and a fairly unique accessory, others don't have anything like that at all) comes apart fairly easily.Also, you should be aware that you will receive a USB cable, but not a charger. You will need to complement it with an old phone or similar one (5V, 1.0A). I personally don't resent this, because most of us have accumulated a stock of such chargers and can reuse something we have instead of getting more junk.

Their hair clippers are amazing, so I decided to buy their beard trimmer. Definitely not the same quality and pulls out hair. Very painful...
