I've been using this for a solid couple years, it has always worked great, the hair never feels greasy, and it looks pretty matte, doesn't give any waxy look. Rubbing it into your palms and then into your hair works too, but it will feel sticky on the hands.Remember not to wipe the product from the holes. The holes and the area around will get greasy and then product starts to get baked on there and it gets a lot harder to empty. Also doesn't work on longer hair, but that's with any product. Also, remember to wipe your shoulders and back because it will look like dandruff otherwise!

As the title says, I have very thick curly/wavy hair. I've tried so many products but can never get my hair the way I want it, so I always relent and use the straighteners. I need the smallest amount to style my hair and does an excellent job of getting those curls and waves just right. My hair stays styled all say and i can restyle it too. By touch you can tell there's product in my hair, which doesn't bother me. By looking at my hair you can't tell. I wish this has been invented decades ago and I'd discovered it sooner. Smells really nice too. Will definitely be sticking to this product and can't recommend it enough.

You get a good amount of powder for the price, comoared to bigger name brands *cough* Fudge *Cough*.It's really easy to use with all hair lengths and gives really good texture.Use it on dry hair though, not wet or damp.

I bought this powder for myself, to compare with another I had tried. My thoughts after a year of use:Appearance - Small, conical bottle with inoffensive branding. Looks good on a countertop and doesn’t fall over easily.Function - The bottle is easy to hold due to the wide base. It sprinkles easily and isn’t gritty. Less is more with this powder, as it achieves a moderate hold with a light dusting. If you use too much, your hair can get waxy or greasy, which doesn’t feel nice. The hold can last for a few hours on its own. Couple it with a fixing spray for a better, longer-term hold. The powder is best used on short-medium length hair - any longer and you’ll likely need to use too much to be helpful. It also washes off easily with a bit of shampoo, but requires some effort if you’ve used a lot.Smell - It’s inoffensive and leaves a clean fragrance when used. It’s not strong, so other people will have to deliberately smell your hair to comment.Longevity - Each bottle lasts me about a month, with styling every two days. The cap isn’t flush with the holes at the top, though, so you can lose powder into the cap when transporting the bottle.Comparison - This product is good value for money with a pleasant smell, but some other hair powders achieve a stronger hold for marginally more money. The upside of this powder, though, is that you can more easily tailor the amount you use without overdoing it too soon. Other, stronger powders have less margin for error when styling.Overall - I enjoyed this product and would happily continue using it for daily styling. A stronger powder is more useful when travelling though.

I gave it a three as it holds for a while. The looks is amazing but it makes your hair FEEL (not see) greasy.

I got this for my son as he wants to style his hair, but doesn't like the feel of gel or wax. He just powders his hair and styles it. It has minimal sticky feel, but seems to hold his style well. Not quite as good as wax or clay, but better than any gel.

Really good product, holds hair in place without looking wet or greasy like when you use gel, smells good too.

Definitely waxier than other powders I have used, wouldn’t buy if going for a matte look but it smells nice and works well
