Update 2/2021: still working great and holding up!2019 review: I wasn't sure if this would actually last very long as it did not have as sturdy and solid feel as the manufacturer's caddy. We replaced our original one as the mesh-like plastic on the bottom had come apart so silverware (knife tips mostly) would escape into the dishwasher. But it's been almost a year and this one has held up. Kids like the handle so it's easier when they unload the silverware (who am I kidding, this has only happened a dozen times, ha!)

The basket works well as a replacement in our Maytag diswasher; it fits just right. It's pretty durable or sturdy, though it is somewhat short, likely for greater cleaning.

I’ve been using this for several months now, as the house we recently bought had no utensil holder in the dishwasher. It’s held up so far, and I love how narrow the holes are; it allows me to put smaller things in that would normally fall through other utensil holders I’ve used

It doesn't fit any of the posts in my dishwasher, so I cannot have it placed in there appropriately for cutlery.

We wind up with more flatware in the dishwasher than it can handle. Jamming them all in the same basket doesn't let them get clean and putting larger pieces on the top rack because there's no room in the basket is dicey. Having to fish the ones out of the bottom of the unit that fell during the cycle is a pain. Extra basket to the rescue - and after trying a few locations, we found one where it fits perfect in our machine.

I needed a new silverware tray for my older dishwasher. Got tired of the silverware falling through the holes. This replacement was a great price, fits perfectly and seems durable, though slightly cheaper material/quality than the original that I had. Would recommend to others as a replacement.

Using near my sink for dish cleaning brushes and Scrub Daddy sponges. Absolutely PERFECT. Lots of holes to drain water. Cleans up like a breeze. Holds many brushes of various lengths and widths. Gray color is universal and goes great in my kitchen. So incredibly glad I got this item!! Very highly recommended.
