This is an awesome product in terms of quality, colors, value, safety and comfort. I worked out in these and the only problem is that you don't consciously notice that they are there! I have used several straps before, made from silk to cotton but they were either uncomfortable or not durable. I have always though of straps to be purposely designed to be uncomfortable as though they were a symbol of ascension from boy to manhood. (or I don't know, secretly designed by women as a revenge for men designing women's lingerie !) These straps changed all that. I actually look forward to my workouts: Running, bicycling, hiking and weights. Four is also a good number of these because I can wear a fresh one almost everyday.On the down side I had to get a size smaller instead of the exact fit as the material is little stretchy and could not provide the support and safety that I was looking for. If you are a runner (Sprinter speed) who pounds their feet too hard (wrong way to run for regular exercise - setup for injury) these might not be adequate protection as although there is not much movement (down under) when these are on there is still some (how do I put it) jiggle. Either way, I like this product and I highly recommend it to all of you looking for a good supporter. The returns were free and also hassle free.

Bought these after hernia operation to support the boys. These feel very soft, look nice and do a decent job of holding junk in place. The straps could use stronger elastic to keep them in place. Kind of like wearing panties due to the material. But that's ok too. Worn them to the gym several times, no complaints. But there is a ton of room in the front, so be aware.

I've been using these for about a month now, for everyday wear, sleepwear, and light exercise. For all three of these things, this underwear is amazing, and it literally feels like you're walking around naked. So far, however, it seems that more heavy exercise (the kind typically associated with jockstrap usage) is not very suitable for this underwear. Maybe use two at once to get double the support ;) Anyway, I really enjoy wearing them, but they just aren't for a lot of moving around/jiggling.

I originally ordered Medium based on Amazon's sizing chart. Only later did I see that the manufacturer had provided their own sizing chart. This mean I should have ordered their LARGE size to fit me. Once I did that, they fit great. So buyer beware to look for that "other" chart, and don't use Amazon's.As far as these go, I love them. They are great for running in, underneath some running shorts, provide strategic support where needed, and help keep me cool. I might even use them to mow the yard in during these hot summer days.
