21 Quart (45 lb Capacity, 20 Liter) Industrial Wax Melter for Candle Making with Spigot

For anyone who has had a hard time reheating their oil master batch this unit is a blessing! Now I can go down to the shop and flip on the "oil warmer" for 20 minutes while I decide what micas and fragnance I want to use. Using the spout I can dispense and weigh out the oils I need. The spout drips a little but it's breif and right after dispensing so have a cup or a rag under the spout. I haven't had any problem with a plug of solid oils in the spout. If I did, a simple warming with a heat gun is all it would take. The thermostat is spot on too as I have checked the temp of the oils with my contactless thermometer and it matches the setting on the dial. It's simple and just works. Meets my needs perfectly.

How do I get my warranty filled? It has not been a year and it quit melting soy wax.

This is the second one we bought the first one died after about a year which doesn’t seem like that big of a deal. I thought you had a one year warranty. This one died after just three months of you. Now that seller told me there’s only the 30 day Amazon review has been over $500 in the last year on the black pot and they are not holding up. The seller will not refund my money or try to provide a new one or any other resolution they basically told me to block do not 5%

Melts wax pretty quickly. So far I've sent about 500lbs of wax through this warmer and it works perfectly. I noticed there has been some mention of the spigot getting clogged after the wax has cooled but haven't really had an issue with that. If it were to clog its nothing a heat gun wouldn't take care of in seconds, I use one to smooth the tops on single pour candles. Make sure to use a thermometer just in case the thermostat is off a few degrees as was the case with mine. I would say it's a good warmer to get you started out.

I love it I use mine to make hair care products and it works great also I am not sure if it is because I use a small amount of wax but mine did not get stopped up at all ... And it works very fast it usually takes me a full day to do two batches it took maybe 20 minutes so if you don't work fast you may need to do smaller bashes

The spigot does not heat up so the wax inside will clog it up. I wrap a towel around the spigot to heat it up.

My melter came with a slight dent near the power switch, but that does not effect how the melter works.My only real complaint is that this only holds about 30-35 lbs of wax, not the 45 lbs that is advertised in the listing.
