The media could not be loaded. This is a solid product, easy to use and pair with your smartphone. The app functions exactly as intended and I like that it alerts you when the battery is running low, so that you can recharge it in time. I love not worrying about the key and just using my phone. There is probably a cheaper alternative out there, but I feel the price is right for the quality and technology that this provides to me.I have had it for around 10 days now and have not had a single issue so far. For your next purchase, look no further than this padlock!

The media could not be loaded. I bought it on 10th October 2023. The product is still under warranty. I sent email 2 days back saying the product is not working but till date no reply received. The app showing 100 % battery but the padlock is not connected within a few inch range.In last 10 days, they didn’t reply even after I sent reminders.

This padlock has a easy way of locking & unlocking no stress of forgetting keys or codes. I use it to lock my laptop bag as I commute to office through public transport and have to carry laptop to my office on a regular basis. I no longer feel insecure of losing my laptop, the lock is sturdy so not vulnerable to tamper. This lock needs to be paired with our phone via Bluetooth and can use the separation alert, last seen location without paying any subscription fee. Have even tried out the back up option of mrose code incase our phone’s battery is dead, works brilliantly. Buy it, you won’t regret.

I like the fact that if using bluetooth-one you can just lock & unlock it via phone.Very easy to access the padlock through dolphin tracker app. I also want to quickly address customer service. They reached out to me from the very beginning..not trying to sell me but they wanted to be sure I had the facts... I chatted with them a few times and they answered all my questions...so I am assuming any questions I have AFTER the sale will be answered as well.Won’t have a hard time when it comes to dealing with battery as it is rechargeable.Happy with the purchase.

UPDATE: This lock is finally working and I love it. It turns out that the Dolphin Tracker app that was suggested for this smart lock is not good at all. Their tech support did reach out to me and gave me a QR code for the app to use and it is "iTrackEasy". Once I downloaded that app, I was able to connect to this smart lock! I did test out the GPS feature and it worked pretty good. Which is great because I do plan on traveling soon and do want to track my luggage and then put it on my backpack when I'm walking around doing the touristy thing. I only gave it 4 stars because of the wrong app that was listed in the instructions.ORIGINAL REVIEW - I like the concept of this smart lock for your luggage but it has a difficult time pairing with my Android 10 phone. When it finally paired with my phone, for that one time, it would not unlock the lock. After about an hours time of trying to get it to work, I gave up on it. Also, I believe that the one that was shipped to me, was a returned unit because the inside packaging was ripped. I'll be returning this and looking for a different lock. Believe you me, I did have high hopes for this lock.

I picked up one of these to put in my backpack for my trip just in case it went missing, and its just perfect the, the separation alarm really put my mind to ease when travelling. And the app is very user friendly.

Stay well clear of this product! The app won’t install therefore padlock is completely useless, absolute waste of money DO NOT PURCHASE..

Lock does what it states. Only the battery doesn’t charge. Customer support wanted a video of a lock with a red light initially turns on then turns off and the battery as stated in app doesn’t increase
