I've been on a very low carb diet and been feeling a bit tired and run down and that's because of the lack of carbs in my diet at the moment and my electrolyte are low. I think they call it keto flu. Anyway I've been taken 3 of these magnesium tablets a day with potassium and I'm feeling a lot lot better. Before I was just taking potassium supplements it wasn't feeling any better but now I've added these it's work wonders for me. Within two to three days I felt great again. A real bargain for the price at the moment and even at the full price I would buy again. In my opinion they definitely work.

I found these good capsules for a controlled dosage of elemental Mg. But you only get 2 months supply at the recommended 3 capsules per dose so I'll be looking for a better value powder form next time to add to smoothies.

I have terrible restless legs, sometimes my arms join in and someone recommended that I take magnesium, it works too, sometimes I still get a minor bit of restlessness but most of the time I don't get it at all. I did a search of all the magnesium capsules available and these are high strength but they're also a very competitive price.

I have to take a lot of magnesium.....I have hypothyroidism and osteoporosis. I need magnesium for my bones and digestion and sleep. I used to take pure powder magnesium, but it's so disgustingly bitter, I thought I'd have a rest from it. These capsules from Nutribioticals have proved just as effective for my needs.....it's hard to say exactly because I take other things alongside the magnesium to combat insomnia and constipation.....but I know one thing for sure...if I don't take the magnesium, I'm a mess!
