BLACKHAWK Men's Pursuit Short Sleeve Tactical Shirt

I’ve worn a few tactical shirts over the years. This is my favorite. The craftsmanship is superb. I wore it outside in the heat recently and was surprised that I didn’t sweat through it. I usually wear a XL (44L suit) but found the large to fit perfectly. I’ll purchase more from Blackhawk.

Good fit, lots of secret squirrel pockets. Definitely makes me look like a b.a. not much stretch so if your in between sizes go bigger

It's always interesting when a manufacturer brings out a "new and improved" product. The Warrior Wear tactical shirts by Blackhawk were favorites of mine so I was a bit disappointed that they were being discontinued. They were so versatile that my wife referred to them as my toolboxes. That was nice of her since I believe that she really wanted to compare them to her purses -- you know, like they hold a lot of stuff.What's up with this new Pursuit Short Sleeved Tactical Shirt? There are several improvements depending on your needs:1. They are made of a lighter weight material, making them easier to wear in hot and humid climates. They even have a vented mesh back yoke to help the shirt breathe and keep you cooler. However it does look more like a fishing shirt from behind.2. There is a slightly larger pocket on the left sleeve for pens (two compartments) or the Velcro fastener can be opened to create one larger single pocket.3. The left front pocket has a zipper that creates two hidden smaller pockets on the front of the large pocket. The two smaller pockets are large enough to store a folding knife, compass, lighter, or other tools.4. The large right front pocket has two smaller Velcro pockets on the front of it, again providing more storage space for smaller items.5. Another nice touch are the large zippered pockets underneath both the front right and left primary pockets. They each provide a storage area about twice as large as the front pockets themselves and are actually big enough to hold a small firearm without being obvious.There are a few other things that you need to be aware of. The new Pursuit Shirt is much more tailored and appears to run true to size. I was surprised when comparing the old with the new. The fit is truly different. Just be aware that the extra fabric around the waist which was handy to camouflage any concealed carry is now gone. The loop for holding your sunglasses on the left pocket of the old shirt is no longer there. Instead there appears to be enough room in the upper side pocket on the sleeve to hold them more securely. Mine always used to fall out of the old shirt anyway so I won't miss it.I do miss the generous fit of the old shirt and also the fact that the heavier fabric made it look more crisp and official. I also miss the extra shirt volume around the waist which was extremely effective for concealed carry. However that can be allowed for by getting the next size up. The trade-off of course in this new iteration is the lighter weight which should prove to be more comfortable in hotter climates. All-in-all this new Pursuit shirt is an improvement.

These shirts are great. They do not wrinkle. You can get stains out easily. They do not shrink. They are cool to wear in hot weather. Always looking for more and they sell out quickly.

Well made, strong, amazing amount of pockets, good cut allowing arm and shoulder movement.On the downside it isn't lightweight as stated, I suspect will be warm in hot weather, and sizing is American so go a size smaller; I'm L but chose M and it's spot on.

Nice shirt. But it is real long I'm going to have to get it talior it's too long to tuck it in

Quality durable good fit and nice look.

For a product designed by a Navy Seal for tactical/outdoors people I am very surprised that they size this for mordibly obese people. Every other shirt I own in size large fits me very well. I could fit a 2nd person in this thing. Go 2 sizes down. Otherwise it's very nice.
