The spoon and fork are firm, the straw looks iffy to use since its collapsible so it might wear out over time, both knifes look good, one is like a steak knife and the other is like a butter knife, the spice shakers are about an inch tall, they are tiny but perfect. The travel case very nice as well, for $10 this well worth the money. If you see this on a deal for less than $10, TAKE IT!

I bought these solely on the fact that this was one of the portable utensil sets that contained a set of tiny salt and pepper shakers!! It's a Bring-your-lunch-from-home game changer! Have you ever sat there with a boiled egg and said to yourself, "Man, I wish I had some salt and pepper to go with this bland boiled egg, but these lame salt and pepper packets that contain like 5 grains of salt and 3 flakes of pepper aren't cutting it", then look no more, not only is the shaker set a decent portable size, they come with this little rubber stopper you flip up after you unscrew the top so no spills and no moisture getting in guaranteed! The knife it comes with is really sharp so I recommend leaving the included sheath on, the cutlery is really durable and it has a telescoping straw stored in a container with pipe cleaner! Oh it's soooooo cute and really recommend for upgrading your lunch game AND it's great for your camping kit!

Good quality stainless steel fork, spoon, and butter knife, strong enough for everyday use without bending. The telescoping straw and cleaner are good innovations. It would be really great if a teaspoon is added to the set.

Bought this for my new picnic basket. Comes in handy if I need any utensils. Love the color and great quality. I love that it comes with the S&P shakers as well as the portable straw. Easy to clean. I actually will buy another to keep in a small travel kit in my car. There are many times I need a fork or spoon and cannot find one available without going to the store. Comes in handy.

I did not need nor use chopsticks and wanted a kit that had a real knife, a steak knife. Found this kit with all the bonus extras. I originally thought the collapsible straw and shakers were gimmicks but soon determined they were quite useful and functional. I am still not a fan of the collapsible straw because it will collapse when it gets downward pressure. A non-collapsible would have been a much better addition to the kit. The basic utensils seem adequate. The spoon holds a good amount of food, the "butter" knife, in fact, has tiny serrations on one side of the blade, and the tines on the fork are long and can pick up or hold food well. The steak knife is the crown jewel of the kit. Very good length and sharp enough to cut through the toughest cuts of meat. The carrying case is an eyesore but I will not lose sleep over it. Pretty happy with the kit thus far.

For several years, I had considered getting my own cutlery and dining utensils set, finally pulling the trigger when my employer opened a new campus with dining facilities. I quickly grew tried of wasting plastic utensils and just the feel of not being a proper adult when eating.I shopped around and found this set which only lacks one thing often found in other sets: chopsticks. I actually find metal and plastic chopsticks more difficult to use anyway.What this has that many sets lack are a couple of out of the ordinary amenities. First there are two seasoning/condiment containers with screw-on tops with removable shaker inserts. Salt and pepper of course, but you could add any dry or wet spice or condiment to sprinkle on your meal: hot pepper flakes, grated cheese, hot sauce.Second, in addition to a standard butter knife, there is a steak knife with serrated edge and plastic sheath.The stainless steel in this set has a black finish (with the exception of the collapsible straw), giving the utensils a stylish look. That style sense is continued in the plaid canvas case with an easily cleaned interior.Overall, the set is easy to clean. However, I have concerns about the collapsible straw. The straw comes in a stainless steal container and includes a collapsible cleaning brush: handy to take with you to prevent adding plastic straws to landfills even when eating at a restaurant with proper table utensils. My concern for cleaning arises from the design of the overlapping metals of the straw which still leaves water (and possibly other materials) in those gaps and which could lead to bacteria build-up if not cleaned and dried thoroughly.Overall, this is a great set for use at work, for eating out, for picnics and camping, or for any place you want to have clean, sturdy, and reusable utensils.

I bought this set to keep in my locker for work because we kept running out of the plastic silverware. This set is perfect and has everything you need! Most sets I've seen don't come with a steak knife, only a butter knife so that was a huge plus for me. All the pieces are really good quality. Everything fits perfectly in the case provided. I also loved the little salt and pepper shakers that came with it. It's the perfect size to keep a certain seasoning I like to use. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it!

Let's start with the fact that I LOVE that this case has a strap to clip it on the side of my lunchbox! The silverware itself is great quality & the mini salt & pepper shakers are awesome & easy to use! Also love that the knife has a safety cover to slide over it so no worries on any accidents happening lol Honestly, for the price I would recommend this & plan to buy a few more for my family members!

Me gusta llevar mis cubiertos a mi trabajo, así que cuando comenzaron a circular con mayor frecuencia los cubiertos de bambú y otros materiales, decidí buscar un juego, pero al final del día me decidí por lo tradicional, éstos son resistentes y de material grueso, es un juego muy completo ya que me encantó que cuenta con salero y pimentero, el estuche es genial y su interior es similar a las hieleras, lo que ayuda a protegerlos, el cuchillo para carnes es grande y con mucho filo, hasta este momento no he probado el popote, pero el resto está genial. Muy recomendable comprarlos, no pueden faltar en casa.
