Making your own tortillas with masa harina is an experience that is not to be missed. I made 18 tortillas with just two cups of this corn flour. It is not the same as cornmeal at all. The tortillas were also great the next day heated up. I reheated two and filled them with some scrambled/omelet eggs. Delicious! I am so happy to have found this I will definitely get it again.
